Glamlite cosmetics is a WOC owned brand, founded by Gisselle, a Caribbean immigrant whose ambition was to create a makeup brand that would revolutionize the beauty industry through innovative and inclusive products for all skin tones. Glamlite has now taken the makeup world by storm and is one the fastest-growing social media brands due to our over the top packaging, attention to detail and the ability to create to new trends. Our brand's main focus is to give the consumer an unforgettable experience by creating shock factor products that go viral on social media with little to no marketing. As a trendsetter, we created the world's first food-inspired palettes, such as the iconic Pizza Palette, Burger Palette, Taco Palette, and many more. We pride ourselves in developing high-quality products that rival high-end makeup brands.     Never be afraid to DREAM BIG! 💫 In 2022, we launched our Glamlite Cosmetics Barbie collection. Last week, I had the pleasure of being personally invited to Mattel, Inc. headquarters to have another meeting with their amazing team. As a child, I was obsessed with Barbie and always dreamed of working with Mattel. I wanted to create my own doll. The idea of being able to work with the best toy brand company in the world was something that seemed unattainable, unrealistic, and impossible. But here we are... This accomplishment has shown me that nothing in this world is impossible. Being able to watch your biggest dreams come true is one of the most magical feelings in the world!

    From an undocumented immigrant, struggling stay at home mom, and GED recipient to a feature in Forbes! I started Glamlite Cosmetics as a way to provide for my daughter. I was in a poor financial position and needed a few extra bucks to get us by. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever imagine that my small home business would transform into a beauty empire. We are on track to surpass $45 million in sales, and I owe it all to the people that believed in me when no one else did. When the banks rejected me, when investors shut me down, when retailers told me no, somehow an incredible online community came together to support my dream! I have sacrificed so much for this very moment. I was determined to create an affordable makeup brand that made a bold statement, “high quality makeup doesn’t have to be expensive.” My dream was to create products that everyone could have access to. I worked 18 hours a day with no days off, so that I could create products that would offer customers a magical experience. I grew my brand by reinvesting all of my profits and focusing solely on improving the products, never cutting cost just to earn more profit. Each day I strive to make my brand better than the day before because our customers deserve the best. They deserve a brand that will go above and beyond to make them feel appreciated, heard, loved and celebrated, but most importantly, a brand that they can turn to for quality products that are made with love!
