How can an AI system draw conclusions from complex sources of information? For applications such as legal analysis, business intelligence, and even R&D, this requires sophisticated processing and an understanding of the relationships between data. In today’s AI Atlas, Rudina Seseri explores how such applications are built using GraphRAG, including how portfolio company Enlaye successfully leverages it to revolutionize built-world risk analysis! At the beginning of October, we welcomed over 90 executives and portfolio founders to Cape Cod for our inaugural CEO Summit. Over two days, our founders participated in roundtable discussions, led innovation sessions, and networked with the ever-expanding Glasswing ecosystem. It was an incredible experience, and we're already looking forward to next year!

Yesterday, our Founder and Managing Partner, Rudina Seseri, had the privilege of visiting HSBC Innovation Banking's new office in New York City for a panel discussion on how investors, founders, and funders can support diversity in the innovation economy. Glasswing was founded with the conviction that diverse teams drive better financial outcomes, which for early-stage venture capital, means looking for teams that provide a diversity of thought, background, and origin. It was an honor to have Rudina share the stage with powerhouse female leaders Jill O'Sullivan, Meeta Kapadia, Carly Doshi, and Bahiyah Yasmeen Robinson.

If you want to protect your enterprise from cyber attacks, you need to start thinking outside the box. Scammers and phishers already are. Take time to look at your existing processes and systems and identify where your perimeter of protection ends. Then, think about how you can expand it. Thank you, Josh Shaul of Allure Security for the tip!

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Future of Knowledge Graphs event! We enjoyed hearing from our panelists about their current use cases for knowledge graphs and the use cases they hope to see knowledge graphs leveraged for in the future… as well as squeezing in one more roof deck event of the season 🙂 Some key takeaways: - Knowledge graphs serve as a ground truth of information that can be especially impactful to researchers in large science organizations (Adam Patch) - Knowledge graphs’ subgraphs make generative AI black boxes opaque by showing the how and why behind each output (Stamati Liapis) - There is great potential still to come for knowledge graphs to help AI models provide more real-time information and recommendations (Yada Zhu) - While knowledge graphs can manage and interpret more data than a standard AI system, creating domain-specific knowledge graphs that work alongside multi-agent LLM systems prove to be very effective (Guy Korland)

Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) has shown great value in powering LLMs beyond their training data, but GraphRAG amplifies that power even more by charting the relationships between dataset entities for more accurate information retrieval. Companies like Enlaye, the AI-native Risk Lifecycle Management™ platform, are already leveraging GraphRAG to better identify construction project risk profiles, control risk exposure across projects, and get better deals to market all while lowering contracting costs. Read more about GraphRAG in Rudina Seseri's recent AI Atlas: https://lnkd.in/e-ipKb_x and hear from Enlaye co-founder and CTO, Stamati Liapis, himself during our Future of Knowledge Graphs event tonight.
