  • 🌟 Honored to Host USS Cape St George Commanding Officer and Team! 🌟 Today, we had the pleasure of hosting Capt. Matthew McNealy, along with LTJG Jesse Arellano and Port Engineer Mitch Perrett, from the USS Cape St George. Their visit was not only a privilege but also a testament to our commitment to supporting the Navy’s active fleet. Capt. Exciting news! CHRO Nichole DeGidio, SHRM-SCP and EVP Paige Kavooras were on fire in Washington DC this week, collaborating with both Family Enterprise USA and the Policy and Taxation Group. They teamed up with bipartisan congressional members in an electrifying educational caucus to tackle the pressing challenges confronting family businesses today. From the urgent need for maritime skilled trades to the relentless surge in healthcare costs, and the labyrinth of employment policies fostering a litigious atmosphere—no stone was left unturned! Let's not forget, family businesses are the heart and soul of America, powering 59% of our workforce and driving a staggering $7.7 Trillion in GDP annually. Committed to our employees and communities, we're in it for the long haul. We'll keep pushing for policies that not only support but empower entrepreneurs and family-run enterprises. Let's keep the momentum going! 🚀
