So grateful to share some exciting news! 💫 I’m thrilled to share that I’ve graduated from GRRSP Batch 13 receiving the Most Collaborative Scholar Award. These past six months have been such a growth journey, learning research skills and soft skills that will shape me into a better physician. Even more exciting, the Abstract from our social media study project, which my team and I have worked on has been accepted for presentation at SCCM 2025. Huge thanks to my awesome team Swapna Sarangi, Shivanjali Gore, and Jhalak Agrohi ✨ On top of that, I’m excited to continue my journey with GRRSP as a peer mentor sharing my experiences from a scholar’s perspective while continuing to grow and learn. I had the chance to discuss the evolving role of #nurses in oncology care. We explored the importance of holistic care, continuous education, and emotional #resilience in this demanding field. Excited to share that I had the opportunity to present a poster titled "Nomophobia Among Healthcare Professionals In Pakistan" at National Health Research Conference '24 - NHRC'24. Nomophobia refers to the fear of losing access to mobile phones. Increased digital use is negatively impacting the mental well being and work efficiency leading to distractions and decreased productivity. Our study aimed to find out it's prevalence among healthcare professionals in Pakistan along with it's impact on their lives and it's global comparison. A special thanks to Global Remote Research Scholars Program - GRRSP for providing the chance to contribute and collaborate. Thank you Usha Kumari, MD for mentorship. I would also like to extend my thanks to IFMSA | International Federation of Medical Students' Associations , Dow Students' Global Scholars Community and Dow Global Directorate of Global Engagement for acknowledging the valuable efforts done in the field of medical research. 🩺

I had the opportunity to present my poster titled 'Beyond the Hashtag: Investigating #Endotwitter’s Impact on Promoting Global Endocrinology' at the #APDIMFall24 meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Meeting so many physicians, program directors, residents, and researchers opened my eyes to many opportunities. The introductory plenary on well-being was excellent, and my personal takeaway was that we grow when we are uncomfortable, as growth and comfort do not coexist.
