London Board of Advisors Event 2024   Combining for the first time our AI Board and CEO Boards, we held our annual three-day series of events, this year in London. The culmination of the events was an Industry Dinner at the Shard: we were honoured to host 125 guests from 20 different Telcos, OEMs & retailers from across the globe.    Over the three days, meetings on AI, the Telecom industry’s evolution and Glow’s latest tech, the events centred on thought leadership and debate.    Hosted this year at Claridge’s the core of the series was our annual invitational-only, tech innovation “DevDay”, which was a tremendous success. Innovations included;   Disruption of the traditional device protection model – giving back to Telcos and their customers. Literally turning this old, stale industry on its head Device financing as never seen before – flexibility and choice for customers making premium devices affordable Lifting the lid on Greentech – releasing value from the trade in supply chain, driving transparency and fairness for NPS elevation   The attendees agreed that the age of the ‘process company’ is over as Glow disrupts through its automation revolution. As one Telco client said after the DevDay: …“and that’s the magic of Glow’.    Thanks to our board members and to the industry guests that attended. We hope to see you again next year. Miami, 29th August 2024 GLOW ANNOUNCES AN $800MM TELCO DEVICE RECEIVABLES TRADE.   Glow is pleased to announce the execution today of a US Telco phone instalment plan transaction, with underlying collateral totaling approximately $800mm. Glow is facilitating this financing structure to secure off-balance sheet treatment for the Top 3 US Telco, at extremely low cost of funds and high capital efficiency. We anticipate additional off balance sheet trades will occur throughout the year/next. While Glow’s core business is SaaS-based software delivered through its three dynamic digital platforms (i.e. device financing, insurance and trade-in/upgrade), we also offer various Managed Services. This deal represents our high finance, off-balance sheet financing managed service, which is compelling for Telcos and banking partners in multiple geographies. Glow has created certain phone financing structures that are differentiated and advanced, allowing Telco clients to secure significant financial benefit, when they have often struggled to do so in the past. As such Glow has several deals pending with Telcos across three continents helping improve financial statements and increase financial flexibility. More to come. Miami: August 5th 2024 GLOW LABS ELIMINATES TELCO PHONE FRAUD Professional gangs are targeting the Telco industry worldwide.  Handset theft is rising throughout the world driven - not by the average user - but by professional fraud gangs that have studied the industry and worked out how to steal phones and have done so on a mass scale. Typically, Telcos experience 2-5% fraud rates on phones…but some have rates significantly more than 10%. Glow’s tech addresses this issue and will essentially eliminate all handset fraud. Even if a large Telco has – say 3% fraud – that is still a large aggregate $$ number that can be turned into profit. Our proprietary technology ensures that all fraudsters are blocked, reducing fraud to +/- 2-3 basis points. A massive win for Telcos. And crucially because Telcos are unsuccessfully using old blunt tech to try and deny fraudsters, they inadvertently reduce revenue by denying legitimate subs. In contrast, we not only eliminate fraud but also grow revenue by significantly elevating Accept Rates and handset sales. Glow Labs is surgical in its hunt for the fraudsters. Our tech is being deployed by multiple global Telcos today to reduce their phone fraud. More to come. Miami, April 4th 2024 Glow Builds DaaS into its Tech Platforms Device as a Service (especially Phone as a Service) has seen many false starts but our clients are starting to crack the code. We see certain Telcos making a success of DaaS with significantly rising device customer net adds. Some Telcos that have tried and failed to make a success of DaaS programs have done so because they have been unable to manage the complexity of the device returns. This has been a minefield in many cases as some customers think they own the phone and when faced with the reality of a hard decision (e.g. to make a balloon payment, to make an unwelcome upgrade or to continue paying for a phone they have already paid for etc) they then have driven NPS to new lows. The high of new adds attracted by cheaper devices has been followed by new lows of customer disillusionment. But we are now seeing new successes as Telcos work out how to make DaaS a success. The Glow tech has a role here: it now has DaaS built in….using the Glow FinTech any program configuration can be developed in minutes and our tech can provide a multitude of options for users when they come to the end of their contract term. We combine with our InsurTech and ‘GreenTech’ platforms to allow a flexible insurance and anytime replacement or repair service. Together, our three platforms can turbocharge Telco net adds and keep NPS high over the long term by leveraging DaaS-customised advanced AI cloud tech. Glow Innovation: Do More, Grow More, Glow More

CES 2024   Glow attended CES in Vegas. Super successful from a client perspective as the many closed session meetings revealed a large appetite for Glow's tech. While we continue to ramp clients leveraging the FinTech (especially the fraud reduction capabilities), there was a significant appetite for the highly disruptive InsurTech platform. Capabilities like phone insurance user-based pricing for individual risk adjusted users were in hot demand.   We also had multiple AI vendor meetings: crafting a solution to help power our latest tech enhancements.   We will see you all at GSM in Barelona next month!
