In the US, we recently acquired Braselton Commerce Center in Atlanta, GA and Pinole Point Business Park in San Francisco’s East Bay region. These investments align with our US strategy of acquiring Class A assets in supply-constrained markets with durable demand drivers. We are excited to announce the successful lease-up of Park 83 Logistics Center in York, PA. The Class A building totals 764,400 SF and was constructed on a speculative basis in 2023. It was leased long-term to a publicly-traded, investment-grade company.
