Support for Windows 10 will end in October 2025. After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or technical support for Windows 10. Water operators and water systems will want to make note of this transition to ensure they are prepared to learn how to protect their systems and prevent cyber-attacks. About us
Great Lakes RCAP is operated by the Great Lakes Community Action Partnership, based in Fremont, Ohio. GLRCAP's region includes Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. GLRCAP is part of the Rural Community Action Partnership (RCAP) network of non-profit agencies to operate this program. We provide technical assistance and training to small and rural communities serving fewer than 10,000 people. For many years we have helped small water and sewer utilities improve their operations and develop and secure funding for capital improvement projects. Over the past few years, our network has greatly expanded its work into economic development and other community development projects.
