Nearly 200,000 attendees filled local hotels and restaurants to capacity, creating a large boost for businesses across the city‚ with an average fan spending $1300 according to the U.S. Travel Association. Last week, GNO, Inc. had the pleasure of hosting a group of site selectors from across the country in the Greater New Orleans region to highlight key sites, infrastructure assets, and introduce them to partners that can support their clients' projects. Their visit included stops at Southeastern Louisiana University, Gulf South Commerce Park, Avondale Global Gateway, Gulf Wind Technology, IMTT, and more. They also had the opportunity to meet with Louisiana Economic Development Secretary Susan Bonnett Bourgeois to learn how Louisiana is positioning itself to Win. Of course, we couldn’t let them leave without a taste of our rich culture, showcasing our region’s renowned cuisine and local attractions. Thank you to site selectors from CBRE, Colliers International, AustinConsulting, and McGuireWoods Consulting for joining us for the Fam Tour!
