GoaMiles is excited to take a big step towards making transportation more inclusive and empowering people with disabilities by launching the purple E-Rickshaw. GoaMiles and The Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 6, 2024 to facilitate this launch. This MoU is an important milestone in fulfilling the vision of GoaMiles' founder and Managing Director, Mr. Utkarsh Dabhade, to create transportation options that are accessible to all Goans. GoaMiles COO, Mr. Hemant Prabhu and other GoaMiles officials were present for the signing. The occasion was graced by the Hon’ble Minister for the Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Shri Subhash Phal Dessai, along with Secretary Shri E Vallavan IAS, State Commissioner Shri Guruprasad Pawaskar, and Secretary Shri Taha Haaziq. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration continuous learning, providing guidance & support to enhance team performance & skills • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide insights and feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements • Financial Acumen: Utilize strong analytical skills to analyze sales data, forecast revenue projections, and optimize pricing strategies across all sales verticals. Ensure effective resource allocation and cost management to maximize profitability • Recruitment and Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
