The National Hurricane Center says Hurricane #Helene is forecasted to make landfall in Florida today as a catastrophic Category 4 storm. Helene’s storm surge is predicted to be up to 20 feet along some parts of the coast. We know the devastation that awaits homes and property that lie in the path of a storm of this magnitude. That’s why we’re asking for your support as we prepare to help people in Florida and Georgia recover from what may be the strongest hurricane to hit the United States in over a year. Every $550 raised into GoFundMe.org's Hurricane Relief Fund represents a grant that will go directly to someone impacted and seeking help by fundraising for food, water, clothes, shelter and more in the wake of a hurricane. Every dollar raised, minus a transaction fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation, goes to fund these grants. On the road in support of caregivers 🚌 GoFundMe was a proud presenting partner of the #CareCantWait bus tour, when Caring Across Generations took their mission on a cross-country trip, spreading awareness about how to make caregiving accessible and affordable for all.
