Its compact dimensions allow our Engineers to boost productivity in a production space for higher density robot cells. 🤖 With a 370mm reach, 1.5kg payload and repeatability of 0.01mm, the IRB 1010 is ready to handle more tasks than other lighter payload robots. This IRB 1010 will also utilize ATI Robotic Tool changer system and our custom additive components. The Riser, TCP check arm and EOAT stand were designed in-house using topology optimization with Ansys Discovery and printed with our HP MJF 5200 in PA12. ⚙️ Using topology optimization to strip out the material that didn’t contribute to the performance goals dramatically reduced weight and cost without sacrificing stiffness or strength. 🦾 #gonzalez #ABB #CAPTRON #automation #robotics #additivemanufacturing #3dprinting #ATIIndustrialAutomation #HP3D #innovation #technology
