Good Developments Group was honored to attend and present at the 2024 Commercial Real Estate Journal Conference. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with many professionals and stakeholders in the commercial real estate sector. Greg had the privilege of presenting the Gateway South project, and together, we discussed key topics ranging from downtown revitalization to industrial, office, and retail developments, along with construction costs, financing, regulatory processes, and tax planning.

It was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with many professionals and stakeholders in the commercial real estate sector. Together, we discussed key topics ranging from downtown revitalization to industrial, office, and retail developments, along with construction costs, financing, regulatory processes, and tax planning. Our CEO, Greg Gleicher, had the privilege of presenting the Gateway South project, a transformative development in downtown St. Louis. Gateway South will repurpose approximately 100 acres of land adjacent to the iconic Arch, creating an estimated 7,500 jobs. This project will play a pivotal role in the revitalization of downtown St. Louis, and we’re excited to be part of its journey.
