A big thank you to the Lee County Sheriff's Office for the opportunity to have our Director, Jessica Tursi, train 20 new recruits on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities! We're grateful for the partnership and for helping ensure that law enforcement is equipped with the knowledge and tools to better serve and engage with individuals with disabilities in our community. Together, we're building a more inclusive and understanding community! #CommunityPartners #Inclusion #TrainingForChange #GoodwillSWFL

With Halloween just weeks away, it’s time to get serious about this year’s costumes. Whether you’re the one getting dressed up or you have to outfit your kids, buying costumes can be really expensive — nearly $40 per costume on average. That’s a good chunk of change, especially since most costumes will only be worn once. Goodwill's Halloween BOO-Teek has inexpensive costume-ready merchandise, along with clothing from every decade. You’ll find hats, capes, wigs, scarves and other accessories, plus Halloween makeup and other low-cost new goods. Goodwill is perfect for finding unusual items that ensure your costume will be one-of-a-kind. #GoodwillSWFL #halloween2024
