Each location is identified by one of the following designations: 🟢 Safe: "No problems and in good condition" 🟠 SREM: "Safe with Repairs and/or Engineering Monitoring" 🔴 Unsafe: "Problems/defects threaten public safety" 🟣 Status Pending: "Report and or correction under review" ⚪ No Report Filed 📆 Reporting cycles are broken into sections with their respective due dates: 1A (12/31/2023), 1B (12/31/2025), and 1C (12/31/2027). 🗽 1A includes all of Manhattan south of 60th street + the Upper West Side. Here are the numbers for 1A: 🟢 Safe: 133 🟠 SREM: 50 🔴 Unsafe: 101 🟣 Status Pending: 237 ⚪ No Report Filed: 518 🔍 With only 13% receiving a clean bill of health, this is a concern.
