L!VE was happy to reunite with their friends from Valvoline Instant Oil Change to work on Valvoline’s Vamily Reunion. Nearly 1,300 associates from around the country gathered in San Antonio, Texas. With multiple general sessions and six breakouts spread across six rooms, the event was jam-packed with education, recognition, and goal-setting for the upcoming year. We had our annual Pumpkin Palooza to celebrate the Halloween season and enjoyed some great food, fun costumes, pumpkin decorating and of course, pin the mustache/eye patch on our scenic coordinator Tim! Its always great when we have time to step away from the busyness of live events to gather and partake in some fun fall festivities. The Christ Hospital biennial gala celebrates the hospital’s regional achievements in cancer care and to share its vision of future goals with donors and patients. The identity was inspired by a celebration around the term "Everything it Takes" to win the battle against cancer. Branding and way finding guided attendees through the check-in process and into the elegant pre-function space where attendees could connect and celebrate. The event itself showcased beautiful centerpieces, elegant decor and stage design that all conveyed the gala theme that was topped off with a band and celebration dance party. #EverythingItTakes #CancerCareCelebration #ChristHospitalGala
