    • Orange-colored graphic with a quote from Debby Beck, a social worker and retired professor, on the benefits of the MASStrong for Healthcare Workers group peer support programs: "I think it will be greatly beneficial and it’s really needed. It holds the potential to not just keep social workers from leaving the field, but also helping them to find the gratification that’s inherent in the work and which I found in being a social worker for 50 years."
  • GPS IN KENYA Everyone thrives in a community of support! In Nairobi, Kenya, Peace Corps Medical Officer Edwin Mburu has used the Group Peer Support model in his work with men, people with ADHD, and others in need of support. In this short video, Mburu explains how he’s filling an unmet need for support in his community with our unique, trauma-informed model: “I realized that, in as much as people talk about their support, especially in my settings in Kenya, we have a long, long way to go,” he says. “And nobody in Kenya has what I have right now. Nobody knows what I know right now. And that is what I want to share.” Learn more at the link. #PeerSupport #MentalHealth https://lnkd.in/e8Jq6z5v
