Content Ops & Execution. At the Speed of Thought.

About us

Put your Content Supply Chain on Hyperdrive. Gradial lets digital marketing teams automate their content supply chain by helping create asset variants, execute on content updates, and create/migrate pages across channels. Gradial can either provide a full-stack experience or meet marketers in their existing workflows by responding to tickets in tracking systems like JIRA or Workfront and integrating with any CMS/DAM. Digital marketing teams no longer need to worry about content authoring, activating their content across channels, and needing to break down high-level tasks into individual actions. Instead, the Gradial platform accomplishes that and finishes the operational task(s) behind the scenes so creatives can execute their visions at the Speed of Thought.

Partnership Alert! We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Adobe to accelerate content migration and operations on Adobe Cloud! 🚀 We've joined forces with Adobe and AWS for some time to help enterprise customers unlock AI-powered content operations workflows in Adobe Experience Manager. Some popular use cases include: content updates, new page launches, data driven optimization to web pages, and migrations to Adobe Experience Manager. The last use case is a challenge for many customers — there’s a number of benefits to take advantage of when you move to Adobe Experience Manager Cloud, but it can be costly and time consuming to do so. Gradial helps make this process effortless. Our AI powered studio helps you map content from old to new design systems, and quickly migrate content from another CMS or from AEM MS / on-prem into AEM cloud. Along the way, we help recommend pages that should be deprecated due to low traffic, run QA and accessibility checks, and essentially eliminate manual authoring effort as part of the content migration. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gPPDpb8y Shout out to our co-authors at AWS, Kenney Rajan and Andrew Brown! Excited to share our latest insights piece, on how AI will make multi-day web SLAs a thing of the past. Innovative digital marketing teams using Adobe can transform their entire content supply chain using AI! https://lnkd.in/dYJCQByY The tl;dr is that investing in AI only at the "creation" step doesn’t enable personalization at scale — brands need to extend AI into the "deliver" and "analyze" steps to streamline operations with AI and increase velocity. Too many customers are investing in AI powered content creation only to end up with undifferentiated content that does not scale. Then a flurry of operational processes, handoffs, tickets, and queues lead to slow time to market and overburdened web ops teams. With Gradial, an AI powered marketing ops agent, content updates and page creation can be done in minutes and you can get your best content to the right customers at the right time. Please reach out if you are want see a demo or just chat more about AI x marketing operations!
