About us
Community is taking center stage at enterprises across industries. It's the new moat for building brand, engaging customers, developing products, and retaining employees. Yet, the community tech stack is incredibly lagging and fragmented. Communities are built atop various disjointed point-solutions, leading to poor experience and engagement. We experienced this first-hand while building ELC, a global community of ~8000 engineering leaders. Gradual is built to solve this exact problem. It brings all community-led experiences under one roof for the first time ever - events, videos, blogs, member directory, introductions, messaging, forums, group & 1:1 video calls, and much more. It revolutionizes the experience for both members and organizers. Gradual is enterprise-ready and white-labeled so you're not building your community on rented land. It's built to serve communities of customers, product, and even internal employees.

🌟 Last week, we were thrilled to support AIQCon, the first AI Quality Conference hosted by Kolena and MLOps Community. It was a jam-back event, where over 600 industry leaders and innovators gathered to discuss rigorous and reliable AI technologies! The most exciting part for us is to see how the Gradual Check-In kiosk worked with the Zebra printer in real-life, as well as how the attendees leveraged the Gradual Go mobile app to navigate through the whole experience and book onsite 1:1 meetings. #AIQCon #MLOps #Kolena #Gradual #ZebraTechnologies #AGI #CommunityTech #Innovation

#Community, #Influencer & #Ambassador Professionals I'd love to hear what tech stack you are currently using, but more importantly LOVING to manage and maintain your communities. Recently I have used the below, but want to see what recommendations others in the space have to create the most efficient community management stack. - Airtable for record management, forms, automated emails, data roll up etc. - PayPal for payments. - Zapier to automate as much as possible!!! (<3 you Zapier) - Google / Notion to host & share resources with our community. - Slack for communications & internal groups. - Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) to support large external comunications. - Typeform for ambassador applications. - Brandwatch for social metric tracking. - Bitly for shortened links & QR codes. #techstack #Communitymarketing #Communitymanager #fieldmarketing #marketing #influencermanager #Ambassadorprograms #Ambassadormanager #SAASPlatforms

Noted as being ‘...one of the best webinars I have attended in a while’ by an attendee, Tiffany Oda and Kyle Sutton delivered an exceptional event for our community yesterday. They walked through how to craft value and connection in events, to members at all levels and stages of involvement, and provided perspective and advice on what metrics to gather & interpret, and how. Most rewarding were the practical questions, and insights from our Gradual community members who joined us to discuss what they’re seeing today, and how they’re navigating the changing event landscape, deliverables from their leadership, and steep goals to continually innovate their community engagement. Set aside some time to watch (and prepare to take notes) as the insights can be implemented immediately, and are sure to lead to great event success for your community and its members. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ecWRFv3x
