Empowering Futures: The Grant Cardone Foundation Partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward Today marks an exciting chapter in the lives of the senior class from Hallandale High School, as they embark on a year-long journey of mentorship, growth, and empowerment. The Grant Cardone Foundation, in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward, hosted their first Mentor Workshop where each senior student, a ‘little,’ was paired with a ‘big’—a dedicated team member from the 10x organization. This partnership is built on one key mission: to equip these students with the tools they need to succeed not only academically but in life. Over the course of their senior year, these students will receive ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support from their ‘bigs,’ who are committed to helping them unlock their full potential. As part of this unique program, the students will visit the 10x Headquarters to participate in workshops focused on mindset, money management, and goals. These sessions will offer valuable lessons that go beyond the classroom, preparing them for the real world with practical knowledge and a success-driven attitude. We believe that every student deserves the chance to excel, and through this program, we are creating an environment that fosters personal and professional growth. We are excited to see these ‘littles’ grow throughout the year as they learn from their ‘bigs’ and gain the skills to pursue their dreams with confidence. This partnership exemplifies our ongoing commitment to supporting at-risk youth and providing opportunities that make a difference. It’s not just about giving guidance; it’s about showing up, leading by example, and inspiring the next generation to achieve greatness. On September 9th, 2024, The Grant Cardone Foundation proudly welcomed 80 bright and ambitious students from Earlington Heights Elementary School to our 10X Headquarters. These young minds, eager to learn, joined us for a transformative experience led by our very own Glenn Miller, who facilitated a powerful Mindset Workshop. At the foundation, we believe that the right mindset is key to unlocking potential, and these lessons are more than words. These are some of the tools we give these students to help them navigate life’s challenges with confidence, determination, and hope for the future. As Glenn shared with the students, no matter the obstacles or setbacks, it’s crucial to show up every day, embrace positivity, and stay committed to their dreams. We saw firsthand how these teachings resonated with the students, sparking conversations about their ambitions and how they can apply this mindset to their lives. Events like these reaffirm our mission—to provide at-risk youth with the education, mentorship, and guidance they need to become the leaders of tomorrow. We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to host such an incredible group and for the impact we know this workshop will have on their future success.
