The organization is backed by a private-equity firm with over $150B in AUM and has a strong executive management team with a track record of success. The Portfolio Manager will act as a “right hand” to the SVP/Head of Portfolio Management and play a crucial role overseeing and optimizing the project portfolio. Responsibilities will include managing risk position, accurate P&L reporting, and conducting financial modeling and analysis to inform investment decisions. This transaction-focused company is backed by a private equity firm with over $150B in AUM, and they are projected to continue expanding rapidly in the next few years. The Director will be responsible for managing the full FP&A function of the company and will regularly interact with the executive management team, the PE firm, and the operating companies. As a hands-on leader, the professional will also oversee a small finance team and work closely with M&A, commercial, and asset management to support business cases for new investments, divestitures through valuation analysis, and more. Additionally, the role entails leading the Treasury function as it relates to banking and capital markets.
