    Yesterday, our CEO, Kenny Gravillis, participated in an AMERICAN PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTISTS INC panel alongside leading photographers and creatives to share insights, inspire, and foster connections. The discussion included topics regarding the inner workings of entertainment advertising, including key art, TV campaigns, publicity, and marketing shoots. The panel explored the industry's evolution, the role of AI, the contrast between union and non-union work, and much more, while offering a forward-looking perspective on where it's headed.     Empowering Black Creatives Through Access, Education, and Inclusion. KENNY GRAVILLIS is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Gravillis™, a Black-owned LA-based design company known for creating iconic movie posters such as Spike Lee’s "Blackkklansman," "Bohemian Rhapsody," "Logan," and the original "Avatar." His career began with a transition from London to New York, where he eventually found his creative passion in the art department at Def Jam Records. In episode 3 of Object Subject Form, Kenny and I discuss entrepreneurship while navigating diversity and inclusion within the Key Art Theatrical space.     The percentage of Black students in art schools across the United States remains relatively low. Black student enrollment generally maxes out in the single digits, a trend consistent across the majority of elite art schools—highlighting ongoing challenges related to access and inclusion within art education, and reflecting broader societal inequities.
