Meet the Team: Seth Peterson joined Graycliff in 2015, and quickly became a key player on the development team. As our Executive Director of Development, Seth oversees the in-house development team and spearheads the execution of deal origination and all elements of our new construction development opportunities. Over the course of his 8 years with Graycliff, Seth has been the lead developer on over 4,800 new apartment units. His leadership and expertise make him an invaluable asset to Graycliff as a whole.
