    #CohoCon in Denver was a great opportunity to connect and learn with others involved in the co-housing movement! Our co-founder and Chief Development Officer, Sam Lai, teamed up with Paul Cullen from Sunnyside Village Cohousing and Grace H. Kim of Schemata Workshop for the session "Three’s Company – an Integrated Approach to Cohousing." The team shared insights on how collaboration can lead to creative site planning and smoother financing for cohousing projects.
