Exciting Promotions at Green Leaf Construction! I am delighted to announce the promotions of three outstanding team members at Green Leaf Construction, further strengthening our commitment to excellence, growth, and valuing relationships. John McCubrey has been promoted to Project Manager. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a BS in Construction Management. John has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, relationship management, and project management skills, contributing significantly to our successful outcomes on notable projects such as FW Webb Maspeth, NJ; FW Webb Vernon, NJ; FW Webb Swanzey, NH; and T-Ford, to name just a few. In his new role, John will oversee various construction projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency, starting with FW Webb Middlebury, VT. His dedication to the project, our customers, and his construction expertise make him an invaluable asset to our team. Naiim Muhammad has been promoted to Assistant Estimator. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State University with a BS in Construction Management. Naiim has shown remarkable analytical abilities, strong subcontractor relationships, and attention to detail in his previous roles since joining Green Leaf in 2022. In his role as Preconstruction Coordinator, he touched all our projects, giving him a breadth of knowledge. As Assistant Estimator, he will play a crucial role in our preconstruction efforts, working closely with our project teams to provide accurate and timely estimates. We are excited to see Naiim apply his skills to help drive our projects' success from the very beginning. Zach Doucimo has been promoted to Preconstruction Project Manager. Zach is a graduate of Fitchburg State University with a BS in Architecture. Since joining Green Leaf Construction in 2019 as a Preconstruction Coordinator, Zach has continuously taken on increasing responsibilities, from Assistant Estimator to Estimator, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and innovation on projects such as New Balance Methuen, All-Star Sports, and various FW Webb projects (Winslow, Presque Isle, Pittsfield, Middlebury). Zach is consistently applauded for his relationships with subcontractors and customers alike. In his new role, Zach will help lead our preconstruction initiatives, focusing on managing projects from inception to completion. His strategic thinking and industry knowledge will be key in driving our growth and success. These promotions reflect our ongoing dedication to fostering talent and promoting from within. We are confident that John, Naiim, and Zach will excel in their new roles and continue to contribute significantly to our company's achievements. Please join me in congratulating them!
