Congratulations to Green Lending’s first Directors of Lending, Alec Nikolovski and Mac Vandoros, and to our newest Assistant Directors of Lending, Andrew Leopard and Mitchel Whalen!! My first month on the floor in the mortgage industry back in 2012, Alec Nikolovski was just a couple months ahead of me and already had the swag of a steady vet. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alec for most of the last 13 years, and he’s always maintained the highest of standards in his business. Day in and day out he embodies our Green Standard - CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN. Him, along with his new Assistant Director Andrew Leopard, will lead their team The Greenskeepers to new heights and success! Andrew Leopard has showcased his 15+ years of experience and expertise in the industry in just 6 short months with us, making himself an obvious choice for leadership. I can’t wait to see the impact he makes in his new role and as an integral part of the future for Green Lending! Mac Vandoros over the last two years, has not only emerged as our #1 producer, but also as a man obsessed with learning and perfecting his craft. I know that as a leader, he will continue to grow and have an immense impact on those he leads. BE BETTER THAN YESTERDAY is a Green Standard I see Mac live every day. Regardless of the day’s result, he learns and improves. With his Assistant Director Mitchel Whalen at his side, their team The Honors will become a group others in the company model after. 5 years ago, Mitchel Whalen started as an intern and has developed into a true professional and top Loan Advisor. From sales, to guidelines, to cultivating positive relationships with our operations team, Mitchel Whalen is the most well rounded individual on our team. I look forward to seeing him continue to develop and grow as a leader for years to come! Congratulations to all four of you!
