Green Meadows is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our third retail dispensary located on Boston Post Road in Marlborough, Massachusetts, just across the street from the Apex Entertainment Center. This new location marks a significant milestone as we continue to grow and expand our footprint in the state, bringing premium cannabis products and exceptional service to more communities throughout the Commonwealth. Green Meadows’ commitment to resilience and expansion is evident as we break new ground, both figuratively and literally, with the development of our Marlborough dispensary. Construction is underway, and we are progressing toward our goal of securing CCC licensing in early 2025, further solidifying our presence and ability to serve the communities that have supported us. "It’s no surprise that America’s annual commemoration of those killed in our nation’s wars originated in the aftermath of the Civil War. More than 2% of the national population perished in that conflict, a figure corresponding to almost 8 million people today. Such a dreadful toll would leave no community untouched; every death would be personal to some degree. Nor is it surprising that Memorial Day’s custom of decorating military graves with flowers and flags arose first in the South, whose losses in the defeated Confederate cause were proportionally larger than the North’s.   What perhaps is surprising – and uplifting – is how Memorial Day became a national tradition as the Civil War’s sectarian rancor yielded to a common humanity of loss and mourning. Today we can be proud that the Stars & Stripes will fly in American military cemeteries across the country and abroad, a symbol of honor and reconciliation for these fallen brothers and sisters in arms.
