Delivering Actionable Intelligence.
About us
GreenSight has developed an aerial intelligence platform that detects drought and plant stress and diseases before you can see it with the naked eye. This enables problems to be treated before they spread. The platform is a hands-free, end-to-end solution that uses automated drones, sensors, and analytics to deliver daily actionable alerts within 3 hrs at the touch of a button. GreenSight's initial market is golf, since US golf courses spend over a billion dollars in water and 1.3 billion in agrochemicals. GreenSight is also serving specialty crop farms, agricultural research trials, and the solar panel farm market. GreenSight also develops highly innovative custom technology solutions for commercial and government customers. These systems typically integrate custom-developed autonomous vehicles (both aerial and ground) and artificial intelligence software.

Great coverage of our recent success on WeatherHive. WeatherHive was developed in partnership with Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) United States Air Force AFWERX and National Science Foundation (NSF).
Greensight is thrilled to collaborate on an innovative WeatherHive swarm system development with DIU, the USAF, and NSF. Check out this video showcasing our recent field testing with the Nebraska Mesonet: https://lnkd.in/erwjKtta

Next Month, GreenSight is honored to be demonstrating a number of our dual use technologies at Technology Readiness Experimentation (T-REX) 24-2 sponsored by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. We'll be bringing our ATAK-Live Mapping system which is able to stitch and stream real time orthomaps to end users on the ground running #ATAK, from imagery gathered by our OWL SUAS. The system uses #AI to classify unexploded ordinance and other hazards, autonomously alerting #TAK users to their location. We're pleased to announce our Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service exploring the use of our WeatherHive drone technology for boundary layer observations. This is an exciting first step towards making WeatherHive enhanced forecasting available to everyone! This technology was developed with funding from National Science Foundation (NSF) and United States Air Force. https://lnkd.in/g7eR3Qff sUAS News MassRobotics AFWERX Emerald Development Managers LP

GreenSight regularly attends Naval Postgraduate School #JIFX to perform experiments with our products in development. Our WeatherHive is highlighted here. We gather invaluable feedback from #defense and first responder end users in the unique "austere by design" environment provided by #JIFX.
Check out a few highlights from NPS’ latest Joint Interagency Field Experimentation (JIFX) event, and read the full story to learn more about this technology, and all the autonomy in action, out at Camp Roberts in February. Held quarterly, JIFX provides extraordinary opportunities for emerging technology companies, researchers and innovators to accelerate the development of their technologies for defense solutions alongside NPS’ operationally-experienced graduate students and defense-focused faculty. • Full story on the February JIFX event: https://lnkd.in/gRDhm5xv • Be a part of the action! Over the next few days GreenSight will be flying our WeatherHive #WxUAS before, during and after the #TotalSolarEclipse! Working with NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, World Meteorological Organization and NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration our team will be at two locations in Albany New York and New Hampshire conducting continuous flights. We'll be gathering precision temperature, humidity, pressure and wind direction/speed using our palm sized WISP drone. This data is going to be used in a number of experiments including the Nationwide Eclipse Ballooning Project (NEBP) (https://lnkd.in/gQfRvqiJ), the Observing System Simulation Experiments (OSSE) (https://lnkd.in/g5scrMjQ) and the WMO UAS Demonstration Campaign! #WxUAS like WISP are at the cutting edge of weather forecasting research and this work will be used to better understand how they can be used to increase weather forecasting accuracy. GreenSight recently hosted a three day robotics bootcamp for local Boston high school students in collaboration with the Boston PIC (Private Industry Council). High school students were guided through the construction of GreenSight’s “SeaJelly” robots – soft aquatic jellyfish-inspired robots that are being developed into a STEM education kit. In the process, they all learned valuable STEM skills such as 3D printing, silicone molding, soldering, and coding. On the final day, the students were able to fully assemble the SeaJelly robots and live test the robots in water. Thank you to Boston PIC and Jim Sproul for helping put together the bootcamp, and to the high school students who's enthusiasm and hard work made it such a successful event! Thanks to GreenSight'ers Joel Pedlikin Maria E. Kloiber Kyle Sayers Janice Weaver Riley Intihar Oliver Hugh. Thanks to the US Navy and Office of Naval Research for funding the SeaJelly project and enabling this amazing work!

Yesterday was Day 3 of our boot camps! Students discovered the exciting realms of #entrepreneurship, #robotics, and #construction. Thanks to Suffolk Construction, Boston Public Schools students delved deep into the construction industry, exploring Boston's iconic buildings while learning about sustainability, innovation, and tech directly from industry experts. They also got an inside view of the industry with a tour of the 10 World Trade worksite. At John Hancock, Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) helped students explore the entrepreneurial mindset, built their critical thinking skills, and learn about human-centered design. Over at GreenSight, students embarked on a hands-on robotics adventure, using CAD software and 3D printing to create and control their very own bio-inspired robotic jellyfish, aka "SeaJelly." It's been a blast! PIC’s vacation-week boot camps give students the opportunity to explore a career and develop hard skills that will prepare them for jobs and internships. Thank you to our sponsor Amazon for making this happen. Can you believe we are already on our final day?

One of GreenSight's high impact technologies. Members of my team will be at AMS next week presenting on the system's capabilities. Amazing stuff!
GreenSight will be presenting our WeatherHive (WxUAS) at the 2024 American Meteorological Society Annual Conference next week. WeatherHive uses swarms of nano-sized drones to gather novel atmospheric data with massive potential impact on #forecasting and nowcasting. Excited to engage with diverse attendees across #weather industries! Thanks to National Science Foundation (NSF), United States Air Force and Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) for making this technology possible! https://lnkd.in/gZMiMY6f
