I was telling Evette Ellis how grateful I am for the opportunity to serve in this work. I tell the ChargerHelp! team often that we have a unique opportunity to make a true difference in the world. The road to better air and healthier manufacturing and deployment of products is not an easy one. However, it is so worth while. I think of my mom all the time and people across many communities who have been negatively impacted by the literal products we create and use every day. They are truly my driving force. I remain hopeful. I am hopeful because of the commitment of my colleagues, like each of you, as we continue on this journey of building and buying better products that won't be harmful to our well-being. I am grateful to my team, which has logged more than 20,000 field service interactions to help us understand and improve EV charging deployment. I also want to thank my field service and reliability team, which is led by Clyde Ellis Jr. and Daniel Engelman. Their literal job every day is to keep our infrastructure working and to capture the learnings for a better tomorrow. Waking up to Bob Keefe's book Clean Economy Now: Stories from the Frontlines of an American Business Revolution and seeing ChargerHelp!'s work mentioned alongside so many incredible businesses just solidified it for me. This work we do is important and oh so necessary. We will not be forgotten for our efforts; we will succeed—and we will succeed together.
