Gregg M. Gibbs

Founding partner Gregg Gibbs brings 32 years of legal experience and expertise to every case he handles. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Police Sciences, Gibbs joined the Air Force prior to graduation. Married in 1984, Gibbs joined the Plano Police Department where he served his community for 13 years in the patrol division and later as a detective, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University. Gibbs began his career as an attorney at the law firm of George Parker and Associates before forming Baxter, Gibbs and Robison in 1999 with now sitting Judge Lance Baxter. The firm, now known as Gibbs, Nolte, Robison, Rose, PLLC, has grown to include six attorneys in addition to a vast administrative staff. All bring a level of skill to the firm that helps hundreds of clients each year. Gibbs focuses his practice on Criminal Law, Family Law, Wills and Probate.
