Congratulations to Norman Paul Chambers on being named Edustaff’s Oregon Substitute of the Year!🏆🌟 Teachers and administrators appreciate that Paul is always on time and is willing to sub in all classes, even ones that pose a challenge. He takes the time to build real relationships with his students. This, along with his can-do attitude, has set Paul apart as an outstanding substitute teacher for the district. With 24 years of previous experience teaching third and fourth grade, Paul began subbing 10 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. He is driven by his passion for working with students; he loves to see their honesty and their spontaneity. Thank you, Paul, for your outstanding contributions as a substitute teacher!🤩👏
