Last week, Aaron Glick spoke on the Reimagining Resident Engagement panel at the 2024 MultiFamily Executive Conference, where he discussed Greystar’s Resident Loyalty and Rewards Program. Among highlights, Aaron shared how resident engagement has evolved over the past few years and how rewards are shaped on both a national and local level through points, perks, and experiences. We’ve received positive feedback from residents who appreciate the personalization. September: Greystar Across the Globe 🌎 From Charleston to London to India, our team members spent September making a difference by supporting local communities, appreciating our staff, and celebrating diversity. Earlier this month, we celebrated our new International HQ in London earlier this month, with an inauguration event attended by Greystar CEO and founder Bob Faith. The Greystar team in London hosted their annual charity gala at the Natural History Museum last week, in support of partner charity Kids. At Greystar India, our team embraced diversity by hosting a special potluck featuring meaningful dishes and held a gratitude event to honor our dedicated office support staff. In Charleston, our team organized and participated in the annual LowCountry Open, a pickleball and cornhole tournament that raised $540,000 for the PTSD Foundation Of America. #GreystarInternational #RealEstate #GreystarAcrossTheGlobe #TeamBuilding #CommunityEngagement

As rent control debates continue across global markets, Bob Faith shares his forward-thinking approach with the Financial Times. “It is truly almost unlimited demand at those sorts of [moderate] price points,” Faith said — adding that the supply of homes for 25 to 35-year-old renters is “really missing in a lot of the great cities of the world.” Greystar is committed to sustainable growth, meeting housing demands, and addressing critical housing needs for middle-market renters.
