We are pleased to recognize two employees who were winners of our quarterly Safety Program called “Good Catch/Near Misses” In this program, employees send in photographs of potential hazards they see in the field. Debra Vaughan was one of the winners for our 1st quarter in 2024. She submitted several good catches, ranging from driving hazards to meter hazards. Debra is a Meter Reader from Region 194 and works on the Duke Energy Project in New Bern, North Carolina. She has been employed with us for 27 years! Jeremiah Campbell, a Versant Power Meter Technician from Region 196, was also a winner for our 1st quarter Safety Good Catch/Near Miss program. He turned in an access hazard good catch.
