We are on the verge of a new chapter at the Foundation. Our Executive Director Ann Marie Bedtke, MBA, is moving on to a new post. She has contributed so much to the Foundation during her tenure with us and while it is sad to say goodbye, we celebrate her accomplishments and wish her the best. An interim Executive Director has been contracted. Julie Lacouture will lead the Foundation during this interim period. Julie has extensive experience with the Observatory and the Foundation, having supported the development of our strategic plan and we are thrilled to have her in this interim role. Thanks to the team at Griffith Observatory #AllSpaceConsidered for having me on their April 18 solar eclipse roundup to talk about eclipse chasing. It was a pleasure. (The show was fun! See https://lnkd.in/gA5rP5tx . My remarks start at 57:57) Note: - I use the word “futz” 👀👀 - I’m so right-brain I got mixed up. Ya girl is def NOT a left-brain person - Ask me about getting involved in the Griffith Observatory Foundation. We’d love to have you as a donor, volunteer, supporter or booster! - All are welcome to experience totality with me next time😁 👗: @jokuma Earrings: Indi City Inc.
