    We just helped one of our GC partners hire a Senior Estimator in 5 weeks. Here’s how it all went down: ▶ Got referred from a Fractional CFO connection ▶ Had an intro meeting with the President and Fractional CFO ▶ Got an agreement signed ▶ Had an onboarding meeting with the President and one of his partners ▶ Sourced and screened 74 candidates ▶ Sent 1 candidate to be interviewed and considered for the position ▶ Candidate went through the interview process and was presented an offer ▶ Candidate countered and accepted the revised offer Estimators are some of the toughest positions to fill in construction. Our searches aren’t always this seamless, but this one went about as well as they can. Happy client, happy candidate. ... P.S.
