I'm hiring a VP of Construction Operations for a GC partner of ours in Overland Park, KS. ▶️ $200k-$210k salary + profit-sharing ▶️ 401k with a 7% match ▶️ $700/month vehicle allowance ▶️ Company-paid insurance ▶️ 4 weeks of PTO The majority of their work is data centers and retail renovations, however, they want to expand into government and fitness center projects. They have a strong reputation of taking care of their people, dating all the way back to 1889. Ownership is in its 5th generation, and they proudly leverage their unique position as a woman-owned construction company. What you get to do: -Work with the executive team to develop company strategy and goals -Lead, develop and pour into a team of project managers, estimators and superintendents -Use your experience and knowledge to improve processes and procedures -Implement best practices for day-to-day construction operations -Oversee current projects and long-term pipeline, while developing new business -Manage construction licenses in the lower 48 states, including applying, testing, and renewal of licenses We're looking for someone who's energetic and is ready to take this company to the next level.
