Their stories underscored the need for flexible support systems and self-compassion as they navigated the complexities of work-life integration. 🔹 Global Impact of Black American Culture: Shaquana Joseph, Melissa C. Potter, Abdul Karim Abdullah, and Kai Deveraux Lawson explored how Black American culture has shaped industries around the world, driving both social impact and economic growth.
