Over the past four months, I have had the incredible opportunity to intern at Brado and am happy to announce that I accepted a job as an Insight Implementation Specialist. During my summer internship, I worked on the Conversational Engagement Platforms (CEP) which are helping shape the world of healthcare and higher education. The insight-driven and AI-powered CEP helps create meaningful conversations between brands and their consumer that can facilitate long-term relationships. After learning how to understand the consumer (typically a healthcare patient) thinks and feels, I work to write and review thousands of question-answer pairs to help train the CEP. I have learned so much about conversational AI, incorporating peoples’ voices into writing, marketing and the healthcare system. I would like to particularly thank Stephanie Glastetter for providing me opportunities to learn and test my skills. The responsibilities afforded to me during my internship have prepared me to take the next step as an Insight Implementation Specialist, helping to improve the CEP process and training the AI. What happens when you bring a cross-functional team together for on-site onboarding? Magic. Brado recently hosted 18 new hires and their Managers in our new St. Louis collaboration center for All In Onboarding. It's an event where we facilitate learning and connections for those new to the organization. Our Executive Leadership Team educated and inspired us on how we are "all in" at Brado, exploring our why, how, what, and why again. While we enjoyed delicious food from local St. Louis spots like Union Loafers Cafe and Bread Bakery, Companion Baking Co. and Russo's Catering, connections were made that have transcended the in-person experience. (We see you, Dallas group chat!) At Brado, we know how important it is to have trusted, healthy relationships at work, so we are deliberate about how and when we bring our teams together in person.
