1500+ architecture firms discovered a cheat code: → 21% more efficient → 67% less time spent on business tasks → $25k additional annual revenue PER employee What is it? They use Monograph to measure and manage their firm’s projects and performance. It’s a project management platform built specifically for architects. I’ve worked there for 3 years and had more than 1,000 conversations with architects about the challenges they’re facing in their practice. Monograph is BY FAR the best option for architecture firms that want to take back control of their business. → Design-centric → Built by architects for architects → So easy your team will actually use it → Producing data-driven results for 1500+ firms So if you’re a firm owner or firm leader interested in: → 21% more efficiency → 67% less time spent on business tasks → $25k in additional annual revenue PER employee (not a typo) Then send me a quick DM that says "Monograph". I'll get you set up with our amazing team so you can check it out 🙂 --- PS - This is not a sponsored post. Just me sharing my opinion and experience from 3 years with an awesome company that makes life better for more than 10,000 architects. Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

Stop asking “What’s your budget?” Try these instead 👇 → What are you planning to invest into this project? → Have you considered how much this will cost? → Our fees for projects like this typically range between $X and $Y, are you comfortable with that? --- ♻️ Repost if this was helpful 🪴 Click the link below my name to join 10k+ architects reading the Growthitect newsletter

How does a 70-person architecture firm… Reduce their feasibility workflow from 3+ tools to just one? Meet GWWO, a 70-person firm out of Baltimore. Their feasibility workflow used to consistent of Revit, Sketchup, Excel, and more. Plus hours of copy + paste to move data between all the tools. But now? They just use Arcol. They said, "Arcol has streamlined our feasibility studies, ensuring we can quickly evaluate and iterate on various design solutions.” How are they doing it? Click here to see: https://lnkd.in/eNVPY_6K --- Thankful for the Arcol x Growthitect 2025 Partnership! I love promoting tools that make life easier for architects :)

Hard truth for architects… Yes, architectural education leaves lots of gaps. And I post about these gaps ALL THE TIME. They need to be addressed. But here’s the deal: If you graduated 5+ years ago… And blame education for not knowing how to do something now… Your education is not the problem. It’s time to take ownership to fill in those gaps yourself. Here's some things you can do: - Find a mentor - Listen to business podcasts - Subscribe to helpful newsletters - Read books on entrepreneurship --- BONUS: You can join 10k+ architects getting business growth hacks every Sunday by clicking the “Subscribe to newsletter” link under my name 🙂 PS - It's free and way cooler than what you would've learned in school anyways...

My professor caught me off guard... Here's what they said: “The architects that win always break the rules.” And the reason they win is because they developed a better solution that made the rules irrelevant. Many of us wrongly assume that rules are the starting constraint. But, in reality, rules are what you should evaluate first: - Do they make sense? - Does they allow for the best solution? - What rule is preventing the best outcome? I don’t believe rules are made to be broken. They’re made to produce the best outcome. But they’re not ALWAYS right. Do you agree? --- ♻️ Repost if this was helpful 🪴 Click the link below my name to join 10k+ architects reading the Growthitect newsletter

The best architecture firms know… You MUST quickly adapt to your market. Take Education, for example: Flexible Learning Spaces are all the rage right now. And for good reason. The Ransom Everglades School by Perkins + Will seamlessly integrates formal and informal learning throughout. Want to see how they do it? Grab Snaptrude’s free model at: https://lnkd.in/eWxhZ-n6 --- Thankful for the Snaptrude x Growthitect 2024 Partnership - I love joining forces with companies that make life easier for architects 🙂

Architects: Top design firms do ONE thing differently. Here’s their secret… 🤫 They focus their design energy where end-users spend their time. This is most clear with restroom design. Restrooms are the MOST used spaces but often the LEAST considered. And when they’re neglected, end-users leaves with a tainted experience of the architecture. Top firms know this. So they make sure that they focus their energy on creating remarkable restroom experiences by partnering with The Splash Lab. It’s an easy way to differentiate. The Splash Lab has refined the look and function of thousands of restrooms worldwide. Award-winning firms like SOM, Gensler, and Foster + Partners trust them to create memorable restroom experiences that reinforce their brand. (And so do hundreds of other firms of all sizes) Partner with The Splash Lab to differentiate your practice with a focus on the most used space :) --- Thankful for The Splash Lab x Growthitect 2024 Partnership! I love partnering with companies that make it easy for architects to increase their value :)
