October is Mental Health Awareness Month! What is 1 thing you can do each day to increase and maintain mental wellness for yourself and others? ✅Self Happiness Hack: Write down 3 things you are grateful for, don’t use the same 3 each day, come up with 3 new things each day, take a deep breath and say each of the things out loud, with 1 breath/exhale each, these can be simple or complex, but this habit primes the brain to look for the positivity around us! ✅Spread Happiness Hack: Smile and make eye contact with the people you pass in the hallway or on the street! All of them! Sounds silly but this will release feel good hormones for you and the person walking by! In addition, throw in “great shoes!” or “keep up the good work!”.
