Gutin and Cohen have been partners in the nightlife and foodservice business since 1995 and currently own and operate a number of restaurants, lounges and catering concepts including Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, Brûlée Catering (formerly Max & Me Catering & Culinary Concepts Catering), and Gourmetro Catering.
