Yesterday marked a monumental milestone for the Low Battery Seawall Repair. The last piece of the Low Battery Seawall was removed to make way for the new Battery Seawall to better protect the City against rising tides and future storm surge. Gulf Stream Construction has completed Phases 1, 2, and 3, and is currently underway with the fourth and final phase which is on schedule to be complete in the Spring of 2025.   We greatly appreciate our partnership with The City of Charleston, JMT, all those involved to reach this point. Gulf Stream crews are pushing ahead at Shearwater at the Broad River for Forino @forinosc, a townhome community on the banks of the Broad River in Port royal. Gravity sewer install is underway now that the wetwell and receiving manhole are set. Great job team!

The sun came out just in time for our August Fun Friday! Gulf Stream office and field employees set sail on the @palmetto_breeze catamaran, where views of the beautiful Charleston harbor were enjoyed by all. We love celebrating the hard work achieved by our team whenever we can!
