All Gunnebo Industries products are developed, manufactured, and tested beyond the highest standards, and we stand behind everything we make. All critical processes are performed in-house at our own production facilities, and we have 100% control of the design, manufacturing, and testing. We can trace every component back to the raw material, and we test every single component to 2 – 2.5 times its working load limit, depending on the relevant standard, which provides peace of mind that the products will perform and do what they are supposed to do in the field. Exciting new improvements at our components factory in Växjö, Sweden! We recently replaced three smaller compressors with a single, variable-speed compressor that delivers up to 31 m³/min of compressed air. This upgrade, along with modern technology, allows us to save 70-80,000 kWh annually—enough to power four homes with direct heating. Additionally, we're capturing waste heat generated by the compressor, estimated at around 70 kW during normal operation. Previously, this valuable energy was lost—now, we’re making strides toward a more sustainable future.
