GVentures has been retained to help a LMM PE Firm find their new #CFO to lead the financial aspected of their PortCo. This is a #healthcare company with a strong corporate culture and a C-Suite that embodies true SERVANT leadership. I think this is an amazing opportunity to work with a fantastic team at a very special company where people are genuinely making people's lives BETTER. We are looking for a doer, who can roll up their sleeves and get into the details while simultaneously being able to be that strategic thought partner to the senior leadership and the PE firm / Board. We need a CFO who can come in and help clean up the financials (systems, processes, etc.) and lead the team while serving as a business partner. Tactically, we need a healthcare background with a strong preference for previous Private Equity experience. This is not an ivory tower CFO role so we need someone who possess grit and is scrappy and not afraid to get after it and dig into the systems / data. I'm on the hunt for a VP of Transformation for a PE backed PortCo. This role is focused on commercial / GTM transformation and we are looking for someone who has ~3-4 years post MBA out of MBB consulting who has both strategy work AND some execution / implementation experience (either in consulting or pre-MBA work). The PE firm is absolute best in class and this is a chance to come in and really add value and learn a ton. We're looking for top performers who can get stuff done. This a great opportunity to get that experience working with the PE Portfolio Ops team to move into a fund.
