Meet the people behind H-PASS!  Cristian Leorin is the Project Manager of ProMIS - Programma Mattone Internazionale Salute Italy WP6 focuses on fostering financial, societal, and environmental sustainability for H-PASS while establishing a comprehensive Stakeholders Ecosystem involving regulators, training providers, and technology innovators. Its objectives include gathering key stakeholders, ensuring project sustainability, and integrating H-PASS with existing EU initiatives. Ultimately, H-PASS aims to enhance healthcare workforce competence, making healthcare systems more resilient through effective training programs.

🚀 Exciting Times for H-PASS! The H-PASS project has now reached a pivotal phase! Starting in November, we will begin testing the prototype of our learning materials, an important step towards achieving our long-term goal of empowering the healthcare workforce across Europe. This phase will focus on gathering feedback and refining the materials before localizing them into our partners’ languages. We’re eager to see how these training resources will evolve and enhance healthcare training to meet future needs. Meet the people behind H-PASS!  David Smith is the Director of International Network for Health Workforce Education David Smith is leading Work Package 4 and 5 on behalf of INHWE. David has been dedicated to improving healthcare education and policy for the last 15 years. WP4 strives to create educational resources that will give educators the tools they need to implement the H-Pass training guide. While WP5 provides an online and virtual reality environment where those resources can be accessed, monitored and come to life. We hope this work will create a lasting toolkit for use by interprofessional educators from across the EU and beyond.

Meet the people behind H-PASS!  Nóra Fazekas is Education Specialist at Országos Kórházi Főigazgatóság (OKFŐ) “Work Package 3 (WP3) has the goal of designing the H-PASS training program. This involves planning out the course structure, the order of topics, and what participants will learn. To make sure the training material is just right, WP3 began by assessing the skills of potential participants and mapping out what skills are needed for the digital changes happening in healthcare. It's inspiring to be part of a project like this, where we're creating training that offers valuable skills applicable across the healthcare sector. Plus, it's exciting to collaborate with partners from six different countries, each bringing their own expertise and perspectives to the table, all with the shared goal of enhancing healthcare services and supporting professional communities.”

Meet the people behind H-PASS!  Irene Gabutti is Post doc researcher and Adjunct professor at @UCSC, Italy “WP2, led by Università Cattolica Del Sacro Cuore, oversees external communication, dissemination, and exploitation efforts in the H-PASS project. Our goal is to ensure the project's visibility and maintain a consistent visual identity. Specifically, we design and create the project's visual identity, define communication strategies, disseminate project progress and results, and establish methods for evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of our activities. My team and I are inspired by the opportunity to connect with different audiences and share the impact of H-PASS. The main challenge is to engage with stakeholders from different sectors and make our messages relevant to each audience.”

Meet the people behind H-PASS!  Orsolya Becze is the Project manager of H-PASS from @OKFŐ Hungary “The mission of the WP1 is to facilitate a smooth running and coordination of all project activities, which will bring about a perfect communication between the partners, the EC and HaDEA. The overall goal of this WP is to properly manage resources, timeline and deliverable so the final product can meet project goals in time and within budget.   For myself, I find inspiration in a chance to participate on a project whose goal is to improve our health services working towards more and better digital skills. Troubleshooting across multiple teams and countries is complex, but it is also what makes the work so rewarding.”
