Have you ever found yourself interviewing a #candidate, and you get a vibe that something just "off" about this person? What if it's because you weren't really interviewing a person? 🤔 The FBI has warned us about #deepfake technology since 2022, but it seems that there has been an uptick in usage of late for #interview purposes. Deepfake Interviewing is something that "...CISOs have noticed lately" and, unfortunately, "...the defenses are still being written". Based on the immaturity of the technology, audio glitching, poorly-timed eye blinking, unnatural gestures, etc. provide the interview team with clues that something is "off". There is clearly value is freeing up team time by automating more administrative tasks. BUT, there are other aspects of our business that we have collectively decided MUST always be handled by a human. Because relationship development with Candidates and Clients - in our estimation - cannot be automated. ❤️ It is SO curious how, when and why organizations choose to employ (or not employ) Artificial Intelligence. Curious enough, in fact that Slack developed a new personality quiz to help understand how today's office workers are using AI. Salesforce.com's article breaks down 5,000 full-time desk workers across 6 countries into 5 categories based on their AI adoption philosophies: 🥰 The Maximalist (30%): Maximalists are using AI multiple times a week to improve their work and are shouting from the rooftops about it. 🤫 The Underground (20%): Undergrounds are Maximalists in disguise, using AI often but hesitant to share with their colleagues that they are. 😎 The Rebel (19%): Rebels don’t subscribe to the AI hype. They avoid using AI and consider it unfair when coworkers engage with these tools. 🤩 The Superfan (16%): Superfans are excited and admire the advances made in AI, but aren’t yet making the most use out of it at work. 🧐 The Observer (16%): Observers have yet to integrate AI into their work.
