Hahn Loeser Attorneys, Michael Gleason and Lindsay Mertens, obtained a major victory in the California Court of Appeals for Nissin Foods (USA) by proving that Nissin’s food labels were compliant with all regulations and did not mislead consumers. The unanimous decision from the appellate court affirmed the same conclusion reached by the trial court, which was also obtained by Mike and Lindsay.
