It has become impossible for me not to constantly think of ways to refine how I explain our brand new concept in the world of legal recruitment, haistack.ai. After all, “How are you different?” has to be, without a doubt, the most common question we hear from the law firms in our demos. The easiest way to explain just how revolutionary haistack.ai is is to compare it to an idea just about everyone is already familiar with, online dating. (Not me, I’ve been off-the-market since 2006!) Like haistack.ai's keynote product, Haistack - Law Firm, online dating tools analyze vast amounts of data to understand users’ preferences, interests, and behaviors. This allows for the more precise matching that is online dating’s secret sauce. For example, and I could have written this myself, “AI may be able to solve manual swiping. It's time-consuming to swipe through countless profiles, but AI could understand user's taste and swipe for them.” https://lnkd.in/e89u_-YY Haistack works exactly the same way, and drastically reduces the time-consuming and manual legwork law firms have had to engage in to find their diamonds in the rough.
