Congratulations to Hamilton's Operations members who implemented an initiative, Speak Up about Your Numbers, to empower patients to take an active role in managing their blood pressure. April (left) presented the initiative at the MPCA conference last month where health center leaders around Michigan were so excited about it some have implemented it at their health centers already.
