Our students are fighting for their future. They are striving for something more. Yhadira wants to prove that she has what it takes to not remain trapped by her current lack of resources. Adaly wants to show her passion for baking to the world. Lluvia wants to break down gender-based stereotypes and prove that she can be a great chef. Beatriz wants to open a restaurant in her hometown to improve the local economy. These young women want something more, and they’re willing to grind to get it. But no person is an island, and they can’t do it alone. We need your support to continue operating our accredited culinary institute, bringing in world-class chefs to invest in our students, and planning excellent culinary and hospitality events that demonstrate to our students and their community that they were made for something more.
