Mentor: Commit 30-60 minutes biweekly to guide a mentee, nurturing the next generation of diverse patent professionals. All participants are matched with two mentors. Committee Volunteer: Dedicate a few hours per month in one of our eight committees to oversee and shape key program initiatives, driving diversity in the field. Time commitments and required skills vary per committee, with a fit for everyone!
